1. Should Internet providers be pressured to allow customers to share their connections with “nonpaying” customer?
 Internet providers should not be pressured to allow customers to access or share internet connections for “non paying” customers because it is their responsible or the one who must pay for the Internet connections.
2. Would you share your connection with a total stranger even if it meant that you would sometimes experienced slowdown to your connection speed?
No, it is because you are the who pay for your connection and there are stranger who will just access internet connection for free and you will suffer for slowdown connection speed. Unless you don’t mind strangers eating your network and potentially accessing your networked files you should always protect your wireless network with a password. So that no one can access your network. And suffer for slowdown connection speed.
3. How are the digital divide and computer literacy related?
A digital divide is an economic inequality between groups, broadly construed, in terms of access to, use of, or knowledge of information and communication technologies (ICT). And a computer literacy is computer literacy is defined as the knowledge and ability to use computers and related technology efficiently, with a range of skills covering levels from elementary use to programming and advanced problem solving.
It is related because of the ability to use computers and to access the information and communications technologies and also the knowledge of information’s.
